But how do people who travel a lot store their seed phrase. Can imagine you won’t leave it always at your home country. So are there easy solutions to keep them with you but also not be a target?

Actors can memorize entire scripts you can memorize 24 words. Just takes some effort.
I recommend doing 3 a day for 8 days - or if you’re a little slow like me, 2 a day for 12 days will do.
Just consistently build upon the last set you’ve memorized and in a few weeks it’ll be as easy as remembering your name
It’s a problem for sure. I don’t know the answer. I’m lucky to remember what I had for breakfast let alone 24 words passphrase and pin

Look up how to easily remember stuff. Brains are evolved to store images, text not so much, so make it a series of images.

er.com/6iIH.gif I strongly recommend memorizing the seed phrase for your HODL stack. This will give you peace of mind, as you'll always have access to it no matter where you are. Additionally, it's a good idea to memorize a decoy seed phrase in case you're ever robbed

I think the best solution to this is to use a hybrid cloud, phone and brain/hardware wallet. Fully self-custodial but with less stress on a person to always remember the seed phrase that may be loaded onto a hardware wallet if needed (if the phone+cloud is unavailable)

You don’t necessarily have to write down your seed. You could write down the bip 39 seed word numbers, or save photos that represent the words. You could get creative and write down the Morse code for each word. Food for thought
