Unfortunately it’s not explicitly mentioned on the constitution, it’s merely inferred and the puppet courts of yours will define it as they please.
My only concern in this topic is about the hardware. Its fucking dificult to do at home and/or verify if they are made such way to visibily auditable like open source projects.

but i dunno…IMO, i dont see them as “the US government” anymore. i see them more as an occupying force attempting to subvert the government of the people, by the people, for the people.

Government is like the mafia, but instead of being honest and proud of it the only thing government is good at is lying.
I had a client involved in a scam - email got hacked and hackers started emailing his contact list. One of his close friends was talked into wiring $50,000 USD. Authorities were completely impotent in the whole process. The money was just gone.
This is also why I now force my clients to sign a waiver if they don't wanna use MFA for email.

You know that will not work, right? You have to kill them with Bitcoin adoption.
Bitcoin adoption wave in America will be a tsunami wave when it becomes crystal clear that the incumbent financial system has been verging on the claim that it imputes righteousness (I.e. it is a direct affront to Christ and his claims)
Or governments will implement CBDCs before that and kill Bitcoin.
