They are equally good and important.
Prayer is asking for guidance.
Meditation is listening to the answer.
My man! I tell people this all the time. Also, prayer led fasting is better than intermittent fasting.

GM! I think whatever gives each person the most comfort/peace is the best method for them. Be it meditation, prayer, patting the dog or sitting watching birds sing with a morning coffee. Doesn't necessarily have to be one size fits all. Have a great day!
