It seems to be everywhere too, there are those who want to have a discussion with you and hear your point of view, and then present theirs in an engaging way and those who are out to be difficult on purpose, for the sake of being an a-hole.

The ego is hard too shake but if can be done. I remember Ram Dass used to before board meetings sometimes go round the table and ask people to talk about their egoic aspects and get that shit off the table before having a meeting. He said it took forever to do shit π
Haha wow yeah that's an interesting technique. Not sure I would recommend that because once the ego is invited in it can go on forever non-stop.
