This looks awesome. Every year for about the past 5 years I’ve said ā€œthis will be the year I try to make vegan cheeseā€. Still hasn’t happened, but the dream is still alive!

You can start with a simpler recipe. Just make cashew paste and add one or two capsules of probiotics. Leave it in the kitchen for two days, leaving the jar a little open and you will have fermented cream cheese.
