Why? I like likes. That way I know someone liked my note.
That's something I like about amethyst. Can use emojis for reactions instead of just liking.
Without an algorithm the likes definitely feel pointless
Boost is better.
It's a bit weird to have likes and zaps because the two things overlap, but if they don't then everything must be paid. There would be a lot less likes than now.
The zaps are the new likes 😉⚡️
