what is your typical rest time between sets?

After I do a set of pushups, squats and a various type of abdominal exercise, i will usually rest for about 1 min.

is this a morning warmup routine for you?

I try to do this particular routine every morning along with meditation. I'm going to start getting on my stationary bike for some extra cardio now that I'm not riding Outdoors
