I'm ambivalent on the tiny house scene (some are amazing and some are dystopia) (this one looks cool actually), but I will say I would love to move my family into a double wide and dump our home equity into bitcoin, but compromises are a must.
Brother I am with you on that. The Boxable foldable does seem a bit dystopia. Double wides, shipping containers and affordable pole barn options seem more feasible.
