Technology that connects devices through a local area network

A physical port for transferring IP packets and other information.

I’d just like to interject for a moment. What you’re referring to as Ethernet, is in fact, 1000BASE-T, or as I’ve recently taken to calling it, Gigabit Ethernet. Ethernet is not a connection standard unto itself, but rather a protocol for frames sent over any physical medium, made useful by a standard for physical transmission of these frames such as 1000BASE-T

Fast Internet thanks to a cable.. (I am ignorant)

the original layer two

Babe!!?... Are you on the phone?

I'm already following you but who are you Mr. 🐈?

Vitalik's home wifi network name?

its the other end of an RJ45 cable.

802.3x someshit ?

Would also accept a physical medium on the Layer 1 of the OSI model that can carry 0's and 1's

that is flow control

Sure it's not something for defining the physical layer? *had to look up*
