Sorry guy. Not giving up my gains for over extending my cardio. Just seems like a way to exhaust yourself.
I want to say yes but I don't know if I'll succeed.
I want my 31 days to be abridged weightlifting sessions, but every day first thing in the morning, drive to the gym.
It would be tough. But it would be worth it.

I don't care, just get active everyday, most people do at least 30 mins but it's up to you

My understanding is that August will have 31 days whether you run a program or not. π
As my grandfather used to say, time passes whether you do something or not and once it's passed, it is better to have done something
What would be this #31days thing be about?
We just exercise 31 days in a row (Walking counts), and write a note with the tag on it. People usually walk out of the month feeling good about being active
Could I even participate, when I interchange running with some force training? π€π
