92 hours of not eating and only drinking water ? How was your lead up to the fast ? And how did you break the fast ? This is crazy !
My lead up was 6 months of cutting seed oils and most processed foods from my diet.

Broke the fast with bone broth, a egg/milk shake, and then a feast of Mexican takeout and sushi.

Intermittent fasting is best. A long fast like this is good when you are really sick, Or need to get your body back to base, But the most healthy way to fast is every day. You should only eat 12 hours a day. When you go longer than 12 hours without eating the body starts burning fat for fuel and you enter “ketosis”, Where your body starts processing toxins and reusing dead cells that would otherwise feed cancer or develop infection. The state of ketosis is when your blood produces T cells and feeds the mitochondria that makes your body healthy. I only eat twice a day now and have a really easy time bouncing back or having weird schedules because I never feel like I am overwhelmed with food I ate. I have much more energy and I can think really clearly because of this habit. You can eat really big meals but you just need to keep the rhythm of your digestive tract right. Most fat people are not eating too much, Just eating too often. It’s also good to give your gut four hours before you go to sleep without eating. When you lay down gravity stops helping your digestive tract and you spend energy digesting through the night. This energy would otherwise be used to heal injuries or recycle dead cells or fight cancerous cells. A big glass of water first thing before eating helps to flush your digestive tract and this is the time of the day you absorb the most water your body will use throughout the day. Just remembering these habits is about all you need to do to manage your dietary life. Eat what your gut is telling you to eat, Just don’t eat too long through the day.

that’s a delicious way to break a fast. I hear people talk about breaking their fast during ramadan, always starting with some grapes or dates as restarting digestion with easy to digest foods. Hmm, curious to hear of this is a duration you will repeat one day?
