Same.

I’ve currently landed at HIIT for training and animal protein based meals, rather low-carb but more importantly with real ingredients (no processed food, no seed oils). Let’s see where the rabbit hole will send me too.

What’s your current philosophy?

Thats pretty similar for me for food philosophy. Natural foods, fruits, dates, avocado, nuts…

More fresh fish, still red

meat, but bit reduced. No bread/pasta/rice/potatoes since 2023. Replaced it with buckwheat products.

My training is 3-4 times weights per week and 2 times cardio stuff.

Nice. I don’t even workout that often (2-3x per week) but to me it seems to be already highly effective. I’m doing CrossFit so it combines cardio and weights.

Regarding food we’re really on the same page. Only I don’t reduce red meat, didn’t find any evidence for negative side effects, quite the contrary. As far as fish goes I concentrate on fatty small fish like sardines. Plus eggs in all variations, I’m not afraid of „high cholesterol“, seems to me that narrative lacks any evidence :)

What resources do you consume, any podcasts/literature you can shill?
