The industry immediately needs to secure some excellent constitutional lawyers. The first thing I would suggest looking at is "federal legislative jurisdiction".

Arbitrary federal "laws" like this cannot possibly apply to anyone or anything who is not literally physically present on or within Washington DC or other federal territory such as a military installation.😠😡🤬
