If you're looking for a challenge, try intermittent fasting.
Takes 2 weeks max to work through the suffering but then the perceived effort to keep it up goes basically to zero.

I love it and aim for at least 14 but try for 18
Keeps you healthy too
Been doing it for 3 years. It gets so easy. I was never a breakfast person anyways so that made it a painless transition.
I do fast, aperiodic 2/3 days, but never tried the intermittent one. There are many version with different intervals? If so, which do you do?
I love it. 16/8 with a weekly 36 throw in on Mondays.
Iβd previously plateaued on my way to my weight loss goal, this helped me smash through it
Big fan as well. Been practicing it after reading Deep Nutrition ππΎ
Nice work doc
Iβve fasted for months before
yess, once you get used to it it's amazing
I concur. I've been doing it for 3 years now. The adjustment period was relatively brief and after that maintaining it took very little effort. It became a firmly fixed habit. It's the way I live now. No sweat!
