😳 thats how many people ive followed total in over a year here. Curious how they choose these exclusive nostr celebs
I think its a nice idea to onboard people but the way it is setup rn it auto-follows selected accs (unfollow all doesn't work) - would be smoother to have recommendations to follow with the option to follow all
Also kinda sad imo is that the way it works rn it only grows the accs that are already large, would be cool if it worked like pinterest or similar where you can choose who to follow by topic, not by popularity

start.njump.me currently allows you to follow the contact list of a few known users, I would like to migrate to a kind of “starter pack,” but we need more accounts that specialize in different topics. The time will come.
It seems to be a list of early adopter, nostriches that have 25k+ followers already. Should be overhauled. I wish it would algo better to a broader set of interest selectors and not just default to the same set all the time. Anyone up for crawling the code on GitHub to see what the current algo is?

I quit using Primal as of yesterday. it was my long time fav. it still cannot sync properly, you have to refresh the page all the time. both web client and the android. has a bad initial relay config for new users. they add their own relay + randomly chosen small relays.

When I used primal last time, it asked me if I want to autofollow or not. Maybe just say no? 🤯
