-less eye strain

-less skin cancer (artificial blue light causes skin cancer)

-less psychological issues (LEDs flicker rapidly, this messes with your brain

-promotes circadian rhythm (good sleep and good wake)

Incandescent bulbs usually hurt my eyes so I’ve stayed away from them. No issues with LED, I usually prefer LED’s the brighter the better

Check out Dr Jack Kruse to get the full scoop! LEDs are blue light only this is like processed sugar but in light form. Incandescent light bulbs have a full spectrum of light, like a whole food, specifically they produce Infrared light which is a nutrient for the body. They’re technically “less efficient” because LEDS flicker and produce only blue light making them “more efficient”. Sunlight and darkness are the best light nutrients for the body all and all.

They’re a closer imitation to sunrise and sunset. Use natural light during the day and be in as dark of a space as you can at night!

Is all about circadian rhythm

my clients repeatedly respond with:

-the house feels calmer

-“we all get to sleep sooner”

-less headaches or migraines

what’s really happening:

- dopamine detox (low level)

- melatonin re-building / recalibrating

- cortisol detox

best places to start replacing bulbs is wherever you turn on the light FIRST thing in the morning & evening lamps/lighting (to be used at night)
