I'd say a Quad core x86 minimum & 2 or 4 TB SSD. Not a PI anymore, and most importantly for #Lightning, a UPS!
If you want just a personal node then whatever you calculate you could need, maybe start with .01 or .02 of a #Bitcoin.
If attempting a small routing node, then plan 1.5+ #Bitcoin min to start.
Wait... Is there a reason to have a ton of channels open and not just one fat one?
