Yes. Maybe black with an orange stripe on the inside (similar to the green you have in the image). Can you do that? Make sure the ID pocket has a cutout for my thumb to slide my ID out similar to my image

The color is not a problem but the vinyl I use is pretty stiff and I have nothing to properly cut a thumb shape in it. I have to lookfor alternative before giving you a positive answer.

Quickly with what you told me I'm thinking black cordovan on the outside and black and neon orange on the inside.
