When I say “nothing stops this train” it is not out of cynicism. It is about sending a signal on where *not* to direct energy because that energy won’t amount to much.
In other places, it will.
The "great man" paradigm. Actors, musicians, politicians, doctors, artists, pilots, engineers... Etc etc yes even entrepreneurs. The ego/power/belonging component to those past identities is at great risk. And it's funny because they won't lose relevance with a bang but worth a long goodbye. I would say that the thing I've observed the most in people I know. That's one way so many cling to the power of the system I think.
