In Italy I ordered hot chocolate and they gave me melted chocolate in a coffe cup. I should have used cocoa they said
Did you expected milk or what? Because in this case is "milk and cacao". Hot chocolate is melted chocolate in american coffee cups. The cheap version is the "ciobar", a popular ready to boil hot chocolate in italy.
