What is the best bitcoin payment processor to accept large payments in?

Setting up a contractor so can’t deal with the crappy nostr:npub1cashappn03s3cl2ljsdntv0v28e2um5lgx4vjctqjt23pcwzjhsqmtdg5l limits and stuff. I’m looking for one that can both keep the BTC and convert to fiat.

Name all the best options you know of (US based)

Swan locks up your bitcoin for 9 days after you buy it, so no.

Swan isn’t relevant anyway, I’m referring to a merchant service to *accept* bitcoin and transfer it in fiat to their bank account, or hold a portion and fiat the rest.
