You could run a haven relay yourself and only write to that one. Then the haven relay manages getting the post out to other relays

I use multiple #nostr clients, because some have features that other haven't.
For example :
on coracle i can see on how many relay my note is, and i can broadcast it again if needed. It is less simple in other clients.
With primal emoji are better managed and zap feature too.
How valuable is coracle to a normal user that is def focused on growth?
It is just up to you to test it. You will see the difference and if you like it or some features it have or not.

Which app shouldn't matter. Maybe just check ypur relays. Write to 1 or 2 big ones for maximum distribution and a small, trusted one for longevity & safer keeping.
For the moment, that should spread your notes out quite a bit. I doubt you'd need to worry much about being filtered out.
