I think there are people who are made to sit in front of a computer all day... and others who are not made for it!

I am one of those who can't do that... and if I need to do, I need lots of water to drink, chocolate or fruit for energy and blue filter glasses 😆 And many, many breaks in between, like going for a walk, cooking, cleaning or just lying down and closing my eyes for a few minutes...

chocolate is an essencial ;)

I never was a fan of this but use it specifically to counter headaches now.

As others said, blue light is the main contributor. Hydration and nutrition another.

Also keep surrounding lights on during the majority of your PC time. Darkness will strain your eyes much more.

Breaks, coffee and standing desks are a good start
