This is wild! It forces those who produce value to only follow those who produce the most value from them or risk being filtered out. Puts a price on a follow back.
Point of clarification, 1) would this actually filter out the user from your WoT that has the follower list above this amount, Or 2) simply remove the follow list from contributing to your WoT
