Does anyone here feel that KYC sats are useless?
I.e. NoKYC or nothing?
Or is the general consensus that KYC sats are still better than no sats at all?
Just curious to hear people's thoughts.

I'm not really worried about it. I don't think the govt is competent enough to track and come after my KYC stack. By the time it becomes necessary to do so they will be neutered anyway.
Most mainstream newbies will probably start with KYC Bitcoin. If financial tracking increases significantly, they will seek out methods of obtaining Anonymized Bitcoin on their own. Education is the key.
