A year and a half ago I started doing the Trap 3 Raise weekly and now I am convinced I have better posture than 95% of the people on nostr.

Important to keep forehead on bench?

I prefer it that way, one less thing to focus on when doing the movement but occasionally I’ll do this with head above bench or on a back extension

Yes! When I have access to one haha. I quit my membership a while back and don’t own a back extension yet but looking to get the new ATG one soon when they have them in stock again

Good for you man. I haven’t quit my membership but when it isn’t rainy I’ve been doing all my workouts at my local park. It allows me to be way more creative and opens the door to movements I could never do inside. I got lucky and found a cheap $20 back extension at a garage sale but all the ATG American made equipment is bad ass!
