I think it’s barbell back squats. But happy someone else around here also does legs.

I enjoy both of these things. Skipping leg day is a soy-boy move.

*Overhead barbell or dumbbell lunges

I love dumbbell lunges because they’re a full body exercise. Grip strength, arms, shoulders, back, core, legs, glutes and they require a good amount of control and coordination if you’re going heavy proportion of body weight. If I could only do one exercise they would be it.

Yeah, when I do full body circuits, dumbbells are typically the way to go. If I want to load up weight and isolate, I go with the barbell.

Sumo squats are fun.

Kettle bell lunges are effective.

Wall sits are voluntary self-torture.

My one exercise I consider king these days is kettlebell armor building complex.

Lunges might be an interesting swap for the squats in the complex. 2 or 4 lunges instead of the 3 squats. More asymmetric work that way.
