Well, if nothing motivated me to exercise, this just did!
Both takes are pretty insane.
Soy, grains, sugar, & seed oils disrupt homones making you fat, weak, & foggy headed. They cause anxiety & emotional volatility. They cause skin problems, & chronic inflammation resulting in all sorts of aches & pains, among many other health issues... all of which destroy confidence while fueling insecurity, fear, & resentment.
Fatty red meat provides all the fats & proteins needed to efficiently fuel & heal your body. Getting sun increases vitD & improves your sleep cycle. And lifting weights makes you strong (among other things). All of which improve health, balance homones, & regulate emotions, while increasing mental clarity, confidence, feelings of control over yourself, & general efficacy in your ability to respond to whatever life throws at you.
Cults (and govts alike) purposely deprive people of healthy fat & protein in order to make them fearful, dependent, foggy headed, emotional, & easier to manipulate. There's a kernel of truth in the crazy woke lady's article. Weak & cowardly people often don't like people who seem happy & independent.
