You should be taking creatine everyday

Tienes razón, Debería.... Pero lo olvido 😙
Such a game changer.
actually I do.
It's the only supplement with enough research and study behind it, TBH.
🤙❤️
5-10 depending on training intensity
Don't think it was life changing but it helps for sure. Doctors made me test on and off. Told me it doesn't help everyone if they have enough creatine intake through diet, they don't need supplements. Everyone's requirements are different.
The proper approach. Probably best to just eat the foods if you can. I can't stand meat, unfortunately.
It’s a game changer for sure.
Orally is good but nasally could have stronger benefits https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/37429386/
I do.
Lol! You probably just heard about creatine a few of days ago. There's some heavy marketing behind it right now that's for sure. Probably some private equity firm bought a big chunk of it.
LOL... creatine is the most used and studied sports nutrition supplement on the planet. It is just the flavor of the week meme for Bitcoiners because we're all fucking bored outta our minds with our $84k stablecoin.
Ha! Yeah I'm not suggesting it's a bad supplement necessarily (although Dr. Hodl shouldn't be telling people to take supplements when he knows nothing about what those individuals need) but it's being heavily hyped up right now & I suspect there's a financial aspect to it, i.e. private equity or something similar. As for $84k I hear ya, but at least we might have finally got off that today 👍
I definitely should be. Thanks
More creative?
In your food, not the synthetic garbage you're probably taking.
Here is my homemade pre stack. Just mix it in with tea, water, an energy drink, whiskey or whatever whets your whistle.
If you want to support a Vegas company while doing it, get ‘em from BulkSupplements.

No human should take supplements.
Either change your diet or your environment
That's like saying no human needs to wear glasses. I know someone who was born diebetic type 1 & it has nothing to do with his diet or environment. Some people do need supplements because their bodies react differently.
I agree somewhat with this statement, but if it's possible to solve the issue with food instead of supplements, I would still advise the food.
Food is always part of the solution.
I am type one diabetic and I do not take supplements.
But you are right that some people do need supplements, but that's totally unrelated to diabetes.
It's mostly people with liver or kidney issues, they only have to take supplements because their diets are restrictive and they can't get whatever from their limited diet.
You should stop telling me what I should be doing
Yup, he knows nothing about what you or anybody else needs.
You about to start selling creatine?
The question is…5mg or 25mg
Please. Don’t do creative every day. The only, literally the only thing you should do daily is stacking sats 🧡. And maybe a steak. And maybe sex. And coffee of course.
Where do you get yours? Do get the gummy version?
Or just eat a healthy balanced diet.
Why waste money on supplements when food is cheaper?
Obviously if you're a professional body builder that does competitions and shit it's worth taking supplements or if you have some health issues that require supplements but otherwise it's just a waste of money.
If anything just add whey to your diet and eat more eggs.
Just like our ancestors did
Just eat plenty of beef every day and you'll be great!
