Anything Rothbard. He didn’t know about bitcoin so it doesn’t count!

The Sovereign Individual

The Mandibles

Sir, these are Bitcoin books, even though the authors didn't know

I tried.

East of Eden

You coming to Nostrboil? 👀

Nope, just another weekend at the lake 🚣🫂

The Great Mental Models from farnam street

Here’s a short list of some I’ve been reading (listening to) more recently. Some for the first time, some on multiple listenings:

• Mistborn series

• The Name of the Wind

• Atomic Habits

• Atlas Shrugged

• The Terminal List

• Bullshit Jobs

• False Alarm

• The Moth in the Iron Lung

• This Machine Kills Secrets

• Where Wizards Stay Up Late

Red rising

I'm on book 4 and its so good. :D

If you like Mistborn, you should definitely check out The Stormlight Archive. The first book in the series is The Way of Kings.

Same author, and set in the same universe - but on a different planet with different, magic systems. Many regard it as Sanderson’s series and it’s quite possibly my favorite set of fiction since Tolkien. Cannot recommend it enough.

Long live Bridge 4

Nostr users would 100% be given the Shash brand.

Brandon Sanderson is the truth.

William L. Silber - The Story of Silver How the White Metal Shaped America and the Modern World

This blew my mind at the blatant manipulation over the ages and how much impact silver has had on the world. The sheer quantities that Hunts and others were dealing with is insane.

Was gonna shill some books by Sergej Lukianenko, Russian sci-fi author, as I really enjoyed them and thought they were refreshingly different than western sci-fi. But it seems audible (Amazon) is blocking his audiobooks atm... Because you know, Russia. 🤷‍♂️

Wow you're a Putin supporter huh????? Did you even think of Ukraine before you read that book?????

🇺🇦 💯

Project Hail Mary was great.

Essentialism by Greg McKeown

You can only find it on Amazon unfortunately but will change your life. It’s not about getting rich btw.

Giants in the Earth...I read it..but likely the classic is on audio

Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy.

If you like ships! One of the best series of books I've enjoyed.

I enjoyed Project Hail Mary audiobook, if you like hard sci-fi like The Martian (same author)

I was going to suggest this too! Very interesting book in audio.
