1. Eat only when you are hungry

Vs.

2. Eat (protein) within 30 minutes of waking up (cortisol spike related advice by my kiniseology naturopathic doctor). Who also is big on eat 15g of protein within the hour of drinking coffee (same reasons)

Vs.

3. IF est after a certain hours have passed of your last meal the day before. (16, 20 etc).

I eat when I feel like eating. Sometimes it is at breakfast time. Sometimes it is not.

My take isn't worth sharing and you have me muted anyway due to your thin skin so I'll keep it to myself

I typically eat a lunch and a large dinner and after a workout

2 but modified: Eat protein and healthy fats within 30 minutes of *sunrise*. Some carbs are ok.

Circadian optimization is king.

3 for me. I try to eat around noon for the first time. Sometimes I’ll eat a little around 10-11am.
