This is beyond stupid. Not that I'd ever recommend listening to a Fiat bro on advice regarding Bitcoin, but I'd recommend anyone else over this. This is the exact opposite of what maxis have been screaming for the entirety of the existence of Bitcoin.
The problem is: Average people will listen to this guy's advice over a bunch of acoustics that know wassup.
Kevin said effectively "if you don't know what you are doing, don't try to act like an expert. Just do what you can do what millions of other people are doing." This is fair advice for normies. People will eventually figure out how to self custody. If they don't want to, HFSP is the price of ignorance.
