Up until phoenix was banned from USA that was a good option. Seems like I can still send out of that wallet, maybe it still works. Something like a 3k sat fee for any amount to transfer BTC to lightning. Also Aqua works well for BTC to L-BTC. A little vague from a user experience as to whether it’s lightning or liquid. Muun wallet can send or receive from BTC or lightning, so maybe try receiving BTC with Muun then sending it to a lightning only wallet?
