I think this is all probably too complicated for most people to implement. I have had enough trouble just getting people to take the CDS for more than a couple of weeks.
The CDS works so effectively for so many different conditions that I focus on that. It's much easier to get people to put 1ml/2ml/5ml/10ml/20ml/30ml CDS in a litre of water to drink through the day. Making the MMS each hour is harder for compliance IMO.
We have very different opinions on diet & supplements but I agree on the benefits of sunlight, grounding, no stimulants after noon & fasting with electrolytes incl magnesium.
I'd emphasise the importance of ruminant fat & beef liver over supplements. No one has ever been hospitalized for beef/lamb liver consumption. I understand you're vegan & this approach is not aligned.
Chlorine dioxide is the game changer & reduces our reliance on doctors/hospitals. Everyone should be securing their CD supplies before the next black swan drops.
I agree most people can't handle complication, and that veganism is not optimal for health in most cases.

I do have an important note to make on the topic of melatonin. As tryptophan is necessary for the body to produce (next to other hormones) melatonin, I’d highly recommend to use tryptophan instead using melatonin. Best taking it around 4pm…so the body can use it for producing melatonin 🤗 if this doesn’t work, people can still switch to melatonin 💫🌱
