Working on refinishing my porch the past 2 summers, sanding all the old paint and I'm going to stain it instead. It's been the biggest pain on my ass getting all the paint in the hard to reach areas
Have you heard of the combination of shou sugi ban and linseed oil?
No I havent???
Very aesthetically pleasing finish and if maintained should last a long time. I think you have to add linseed every so often, but it’s worth it. I did it for my raised beds and it was much more fitting than chemically treated or raw wood.
