I just saw a slowed down version of the original vid I posted and you can see how he positions his fist like 2in from the stone and just explodes forward and knocks the top half off. No video edits.

Ok, so he did break it with his left hand. At full speed, it looks almost like he hit with his right.

Bruce Lee did something like this. I recall seeing some video of him punching a guy in the chest with the technique, and dude went flying. I thought it as 2in punch, but I certainly could be wrong. Regardless, it's a very impressive technique.
