If the fetus is an animal then there is no issue. If its a child then its murder, which has no place in any society I would argue. The crux of this question is a religious one. According to the bible life starts when there is blood, which is something like 8 days (don’t quote me idk) into the baby’s life. If you reject blood as the symbol of life then idk man. Point is whether a libertarian can or cannot support abortion depends on where he draws the line on when the baby has the same right to life as the mother.

I can even take you in another direction - if your body is keeping something inside it - it's your property - you can do what you want with it.

Further, if it's your body that is keeping something else from dying - it's your decision to continue to allow it to survive.

Taking your religious texts & forcing other people to adhere to it through government enforced laws is sickening.

You see, are you not doing the same as you are accusing me of doing? And all I did was present an argument; I never forced anything upon you. Law is law, and your religion determines what that is does it not? You think my law is braindead, but your logic is as subjective as mine.

This is the beauty I find in Bitcoin. Tick tock next block, the system works as intended, you can have all your opinions on it but that doesn’t change the thermodynamics of it.

But saying you can’t be against abortion because you can’t use your religion in an argument is hypocritical.

I’m all for volunteerism, but does the child volunteer in abortion? Your religion says it isn’t a child and therefore doesn’t have a right to live. Other religions say its a person and therefore its murder. See the impasse?

So I say so what if people from different ideological and religious backgrounds find their own meanings in Bitcoin. Does that not lend to the objective nature of Bitcoin to be able to accomplish something like that?

Well that's a problem as the laws of nature hold pretty steadfast; mothers know when they are unfit or in an unfit situation.

I don't care what other people do with their lives as long as it doesn't affect mine.

If it takes a bible for you to make every decision in life you're being psyopped - use your intuition - watch nature.

But yes, being anti abortion & supporting politicians who want to ban people from consentualising...that's hypocritical as a bitcoiner.
