If you don’t mind explaining what mechanics are you activating

Sauna super charges detox via sweating. A short workout ahead of time ebsures maximum sweating without having to stay in sauna over 20 mins, which data shows as negative ROI.

Charcoal before sweating "catches" the internal dump of toxins. Wiping sweat through session "catches" the external dump of toxins.

Ice pack, sauna cap, and OJ minimize the stressful cost of a very high heat environment.

Cold shower or cold plunge after sauna should be mandatory

Great addition.

I personally think cooling of the head is very important and to lay down, rest and breath for about 10 minutes.

Absolute regenerating process.

I usually do a 30 seconds outdoor lake plunge after 12 minutes of hot Sauna and then rest.

I dont get the point of the Sauna cap

ROI on super heating brain is bad.

You can put ice underneith it to keep the brain a little safer from overheating.

Sauna is hotter the higher up you get, your head is min 50cm higher up and therefore ~ +5-10°C hotter then your lower body.
