Over 10% of women are not able to conceive. That’s not a “few” exceptions, that’s 9.7 million women in the United States alone.
That's very unfortunate, but nature is neither fair nor kind.
On the other hand, having my first kid after losing a testicle to cancer, I felt blessed by redundancy in nature.
