None. They did it so you have to buy TSA Pre or Global Entry so you don’t have to do such a silly thing like take your shoes off or remove your laptop. Careful, no liquids over 3 oz! 😵💫🤡

Pretty much the only effective thing that came out of the program was to make airplane cockpit doors nearly impenetrable. Reinforce those. And then add some flight attendant training (e.g. they block the front with a food cart whenever the pilot has to pee).
Most other things have been LAPRing.
