I think it's a shitcoin as Mucinex. Buy the ingredients separately and use the one you need the most. In my opinion. Obviously it depends how sick you are. Honestly, I'm young enough and otherwise healthy, so just drinking plenty of water usually keeps my mucus loose.

But too much coughing can be dangerous too. Depends how sick the person actually is and whether mucus is the problem or only problem. I can't call it a total shitcoin. I prefer my meds separate though so I can target what I want.
