30 hours into the fast. I feel great. Clear, calm, peaceful. Hungry, but not too bad. The decision to eat right now would end the hunger but would reverberate through my body that one moment of gratification is better than a lifetime of health benefits. Unacceptable. Can’t happen. Won’t happen.

I decided to look up autophagy again just to see when exactly it starts and I get this bogus message. Barely any info about what autophagy is and “consult with a physician”… mind you. We are talking about a NOBLE PRIZE WINNING DISCOVERY!!!! it’s so frustrating. Please, please look into it for yourself.

Is there anything you can intake while fasting? Water, tea, black coffee?

All three as long as you remain zero calories.

I’m just black coffee and water (lots, with salt and lemon) usually sparkling mineral water, tea isn’t my thing but there are plenty of zero calorie teas so yes.

I usually don't eat until I feel hungry and that seems to work out pretty well. I can also sense when I've had too much sugar. Generally it's good to get in touch with your body and how it feels.
