But honestly, Oriental Medicine also says the only useful time for sleep is 9pm-3am cuz that's the time the organs are doing the repairing from the prior day. After 3am, it does nothing!!
So, Idk if you go to bed early enough. I just need to make sure to sleep earlier, on days I don't need some socializing lol (hint: which is never 😄). The # of hours is kinda irrelevant.
