I'm in horrible pain RN, my sciatica is trying to murder me as well, so I'm wearing a corset-like belt which makes my abdomen feel strangely good. Big thing for pain in our "parts" curcumin and garlic. Lots and lots of garlic.
Reduce dairy to as little as you can have. I've been indulging on cream cheese low carb dessert and I think it's contributing to my sciatica!
