I'm in horrible pain RN, my sciatica is trying to murder me as well, so I'm wearing a corset-like belt which makes my abdomen feel strangely good. Big thing for pain in our "parts" curcumin and garlic. Lots and lots of garlic.

Reduce dairy to as little as you can have. I've been indulging on cream cheese low carb dessert and I think it's contributing to my sciatica!

Nope. I intended to, but totally forgot what it was called so thank you for reminding me. Im pretty much dairy free except for yogurt. I hope your sciatica improves 🤞

Quite a few YT videos on testimonials. I want to start using it too for insulin resistance.

Also, what has worked for me is a much garlic as tolerable. It shrinks the damn things that attack us.
