No I donāt take it to the gym. Usually crave it after long runs or bike rides. Feel so much better after than when I used to pound goos or gels.
Straight up butter with some herbs? Thatās great. The people with the sugar gels donāt know what they are missing.
Yep. My favorite is their smoked sea salt butter post workout because Im usually craving salt especially after a long run, but Iām out.
Curious, do you monitor your ketones at all? You must be producing quite a bit on carnivore.
I donāt. I did wear a cgm when I was first diagnosed with diabetes and again when I went from a plant based diet to carnivore. My blood glucose was perfect w/ a vegan diet so I wasnāt going to jeopardize that if carnivore didnāt give me at least equal results. Every single one of my blood test results improved most particularly all my iron tests in particular TIBC and Ferritin which were very low when I was plant based.
Looks to be a very healthy choice! All good ingredients.

Normal. Itās a lionās mane/chaga blend. I was pretty addicted to coffee so it has been a game changer for me.
I am very psilocybin curious. I have always been to nerdy to try drugs, but the research on it is compelling and I love Michael Pollan.

Many years ago I worked on an organic farm and w bunch of WOOFERS would show up. Mainly vegans. The raw food vegans were the worst. They would eat about 20 bananas/day but couldnāt do more than 5 minutes of hard labor. Computer bots at bestā¦
This is really interesting. Iām going to make an assumption that their political views aligned perfectly with the amount of work they were willing and able to do.
Not surprised. I know 2 vegans who were in my triathlon club who were super fit. The rest I know eat a ton of sugar and processed foods and are overweight or obese.
