I wish adult content had their own feeds so things don’t have to get awkward.
I don’t mind following nude art people as they don’t always share those things and actually have things to say, but can’t have that mixed in my vanilla feed :(

Has there been any discussion about adding filtering capacities to Nostr?
Nostr has it in the protocol, using nip-36 to tag content warnings when you post and nip-56 to report content. It's an issue of clients implementing the features or not.
I'm not on ios so I'm not sure what Damus is doing, but I know plebstr will filter content reported via nip-56 and will have nip-36 in their next release.
I mute all of them, I don’t like that appear when I’m with any other person of my family.
