It's crazy that we have to convince merchants to accept bitcoin.
In the future they will be begging us to pay them in bitcoin.

We are still in the sov phase , moe will come naturally 🤝
I’m a merchant in NZ trying to work out how to accept btc as payment. It’s more an issue of our accounting systems and how it gets allocated. I’m happy to accept btc… it’s how my accountant manages the processing of it. Easier if you’re starting a business from scratch. I’m working on it though!
When you buy, say "I hope you accept worthless fiat money, because there is no way I am giving you my bitcoin" 🧐

I'd rather pay btc directly than use living room of satoshi ... but plebs are reticent to change #BitcoinFirst
Right? One day they’ll be putting up ‘Bitcoin accepted here’ signs everywhere.
It's pretty hilarious
🙄
Merchants will soon prefer Bitcoin over cash!
I think the problem lies in the forced use of FIAT as a unit of account. In a free world one could just accept anything of value as payment and then use it to pay others when the need arises, but businesses are all under the thumb of the FIAT mafia's that enforce complicated accounting burdens to ensure they get a cut of whatever "capital gains" are seen as well.
