I found it to be much cheaper than the normal western diet. I used to eat way more and still feel hungry afterwards.

I have 1-2 meals a day depending how my body feels.

I eat like 4 steaks a week.

I eat a family pack of ground beef once a week.

I eat probably eat like 4 eggs a day.

I eat some form of fish once a week.

A packet of bacon will last me a couple of weeks.

I cook with butter.

I have a block of cheddar cheese.

I drink coffee and might have a coffee a few times a week.

I don’t drink alcohol atm so that saves a lot of money.

It sustains me, I don’t feel like I am wasting money because I am in good health.

I drink water*

Matt I'm sorry but this is just straight gross. Ground beef? Ewww tf. Be creative and try some other shit. Carnivore diet is the most selfish dumbshit I ever heard. Eat and respect your animals fine but strictly animal eating is psycho imo.

All I can say is I have physically never looked and felted this good while eating this way.

I feel like an Apex predator in the Savannah. 🦁

If I felt like this diet was bad for my health I would stop instantly but surprisingly I just feel stronger, leaner and healthier everyday I don’t eat plant based food.

This is a commonly reported result from people who’ve gone strictly carnivore.

Was inspired to start the diet by listening to the test i monies of these carnivore diet eaters on DR Andrew Chaffe YouTube channel.

It's really not psycho at all. I'd recommend giving it a try for yourself. I don't know many people (if any) who have committed themselves to the diet and not experienced some very positive changes to their lives.

I can tell you from my own personal experience as well that it's been a life changing event.

What's the longest many of days you ate nothing at all?

Haven't attempted a real fast yet. Probably will someday soon though.

Diet is definitely key. But with diet your going to want variety.

See, I used to believe that as well but then after doing Carnivore for going on many months now, I know longer subscribe to that conventional wisdom at all.

Yeh I thought I would have crashed by now or given up. But it really is easy lifestyle to follow because when you just eat meat you feel full after every meal.

Feel full, great energy, I'm down to my High School weight (!!!) & the complete lack of fiber in my diet really helps me manage my UC autoimmune issue, so much so that I've been able to get off of prescription medications (!!!)

It really has been a miracle diet.

Really happy for you. I think you were one of the people that got me looking into carnivore a few months ago. Glad I listened to you then!

Only thing you can do is give it an honest try & see if it works for you and the changes you'd like to make in your life. I've been experimenting with all different kinds of diets, supplements, etc... (You name it) over the years to try and see if I could naturally manage my UC. Nothing thus far has worked nearly as well as Carnivore has so now I'm dedicated to it as long as I feel great and my symptoms are generally kept in check.

I hear you. Yeh I tried keto but I just need up bing eating carbs eventually. Carnivore I eat so much animal fat that i don’t have any cravings for sugar or carbs.

72hours no food just water I have also done a prolong 7 day but not real fasting

I have done a 4 day water fast. Good for the soul and spirit.

Fun and not fun at the same damn time lol 4 days is very hard voluntarily

You just have to keep yourself busy. I also finding prolonged fasts to be very spiritually rewarding experience. I find you become a lot calmer and a lot more intuitive.

The bible does tell us to pray and fast. Thats why I do it.

You forgot "...like a boss." ⚡🏋️‍♂️💪

Followed and zapped. God bless you!

You as well, thank you! Fellow carnivore here. 🤙🏼
