A Cashu token (ecash) works with any ecash compatible wallet. You can use your entire balance to create a token, and then you can give the token to anyone you want. They can then redeem the token in their wallet resulting in a transfer that doesn't involve any fees.
So, you could create a token with your 11 sats in one wallet, and redeem it in another wallet. It provides a way to easily sweep a wallet of its entire balance without having to think about fees.
